We are certified Nationwide and can assist you on appraisal orders all over the United States.

We have been proudly certified as a women owned business through the WBENC since 2017. We are excited to share that we have also been certified through the WOSB since 2022. These certifications set us apart from our competitors as we we have proven to bring innovation to our clients tables that our competitors simply cannot. We have roughly 9,000 active Appraisers on our Panel. This number grows daily as new Appraisers join on.

Based on the order, our turn times are usually 48 hours post inspection date. However, should you have an order that is time sensitive, we will work with our Appraisers to ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible.

We are pleased to have you join our team of Appraisers. To join our panel, please complete the form on our menu tab called " Join Our Panel "

At this time, we do not offer direct payment but that may change in the future. At this time we offer payment to our Appraisers via mailed cheques.

Appraisal report completed between the 26th of the previous month and the 10th of the current month are paid approx the 12th of each month. E.g. orders completed 1/26/20 will be paid 2/12/20.
Appraisals completed between the 11th of the current month and the 25th of the current month are paid approx the 27th of each month. E.g., orders completed 2/15/20 will be paid approx 2/27/20.

Please send an email to operations@aaa-amc.net and inform us that you have forgotten your password. We will send you an email from the system prompting you to create a new password. Please check you junk mail for this email as it often will get delivered there.

If you are unable to submit a report in the system, please email the report to operations@aaa-amc.net and they will submit the report for you and notify IT to clear the issue.
