Commercial Appraisal.

For properties such as warehouses, large multi-family developments (i.e. Five or more units), corner stores, etc., generally a narrative appraisal produced by a commercial appraiser is needed.

There are some exceptions where a more concise form report is appropriate, though (example: a small office building).
