Commonly known as a "drive-by", this appraisal type has a limited Scope of Work where the appraiser does not physically inspect the property.
The appraisal is based on an observation of the property from the road.
Due to current Covid-19 appraisal exceptions, various property types and appraisal forms typically not allowed an Exterior-Only appraisal are available.
