Now Hiring! Office Manager-Las Vegas Area

OFFICE MANAGER-LAS VEGAS

AAA Appraisal Management Company, LLC is looking for a dedicated, trustworthy Officer Manager to manage the day to day office tasks, Human Recourse, and assist with accounting in our new Las Vegas branch. Reporting to the President of AAA AMC, this candidate must have comprehensive general office administrative experience with a HR and accounting background. Can work independently with minimal supervision and carry out assigned tasks presuming the highest levels of tact, discretion, good business judgment, and resourcefulness.

RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE:

  1. Make deposits and process payments to over 400 vendors monthly

  2. Generate semi-monthly payroll through payroll services

  3. HR Administration including maintaining files and compliance, interview scheduling and screening, support of hiring process (employment documentations)

  4. Monitor and Renew State Licenses

  5. General daily office administration duties

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  1. 2+ years of bookkeeping

  2. 3+ years of office management/administrative experience

  3. QuickBooks Online Expertise Required

  4. MS Excel Expertise Required

  5. Strong technical and Internet savvy is required, including EXPERT knowledge of Microsoft Office; i.e., Word, Excel, and other additional software and databases used by the company as needed.

  6. Excellent organizational and communication skills, tact, poise, leadership qualities, and the ability to take independent action while maintaining a strong work ethic and attention to detail
