Town Home appraisals.
The terms Town Home and Town House have different meanings, yet are commingled quite often. "Town House" refers to an attached 2 story design. A "Town Home" refers to the rights of ownership in which the owner owns the dwelling and the land it is built on. Example: A condominium unit may be of "Town House" design, but its owner only has rights to the unit itself.
An owner of a "Town Home" owns the dwelling and the land it's built on and the actual dwelling could be of many different designs. The 1004/URAR is the correct report form for a "Town Home" since that form includes demonstration of the individual Site.
