Condominiums Appraisal: There are two primary types of condominium units, the traditional condominium unit where the owner has rights of ownership of just the unit itself, and the Site Condominium Unit that the owner has ownership rights to the parcel of land that the dwelling is constructed on. The traditional condominium appraisal is developed using the 1073 report form. However, depending on the intended Investor, an appraisal on a Site condominium could be developed using either the 1004 or the 1073.
