What are the required qualifications for our appraisers?

There are three different levels of licensing that an appraiser can obtain with individual requirements, beginning with Licensed Residential Appraiser, Certified Residential Appraiser (required for properties 1 million and higher) and lastly a Certified General Appraiser.
