What should I expect when an Appraiser visits my home?

You should expect the Appraiser to observe the property, dwelling, and auxiliary buildings (if any), both inside and out, measure and photograph each, observe all areas of the house, ask questions to gather information needed in the development of the appraisal, and be able to answer any appraisal related questions the owner/borrower may have.
